Take 5 School Award

On Wednesday 12th June 2024 St Malachy's was delighted to be one of the schools in the NHSCT area to receive accreditation as a ‘Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing’ School for the work we have completed on our wellbeing initiatives delivered across our school community in 2023/2024, and since the launch of the ‘Take 5 Schools’ initiative in March 2020.  Our pupils and staff achieved the Level 3 (Gold Level) Award. As we continue on our Take 5 journey we will again implement a programme of detailed activities which will focus on CLANG the 5 key areas of Take 5-Connect, Keep Learning, Be Active, Notice, and Give during the academic year 2024-2025.
